INFORMATION AND CONSULTING
The library offers assistance and advice for bibliographic research through catalogs, electronic directories and Internet resources. The service is available in person, over the phone, by e-mail and through social networks. LOANING AND CONSULTATION
Library membership is required for lending and consultation.
Membership is free for all citizens of all ages, residents and guests.
To register, you must present a valid ID and fill out a form with personal information. Registration of children and youth under the age of eighteen requires the presence and signature of one of the parents.
It is also possible to register through the email
The loan of volumes is granted for a maximum period of 30 days and for a maximum of 4 volumes at a time.
The loan of magazines and periodicals is granted for a maximum period of 30 days.
The loan of multimedia material (DVDs is granted for a maximum period of 7 days.
The following are excluded from the loan: encyclopedias, atlases, dictionaries and manuals that can be consulted within the library. Interlibrary Loan
It is possible to request volumes that are eligible for loan within the libraries that are members of the SBN Network . The service is free of charge for libraries that ensure reciprocal arrangements.
CONSULTATION ROOM AND CHILDREN’S ROOM
Consultation and Study Room
Attached to the library premises, there is a consultation and study room with a maximum of 20 seats. Children’s Room
Attached to the library premises, there is a children’s room equipped with picture books, comic books and new publications of children’s literature. INITIATIVES FOR KIDS
The study room and the library premises themselves sell used for workshops and animated readings. Initiatives are aimed at preschool, elementary and middle school children and teens. INTERNET LOCATION
The library offers users two computers reserved for consulting the OPAC catalog, use of the most common software (video writing and Office package), consultation of multimedia materials and Internet connection. Use of these stations is free of charge, allowed for a maximum of 30 minutes per person.
It is necessary to be registered with the library and for underage users to be authorized by a parent.
