INFORMATION AND ADVICE
The library offers assistance and advice for bibliographic research through catalogues, electronic repertoires and internet resources. The service is available in person, on the phone, by e-mail and via social networks.
LOAN AND CONSULTATION
Registration with the library is required for loan and consultation.
Registration is free for all citizens of all ages, residents and guests.
To register, it is necessary to present a valid identity document and fill out a form with personal data. The registration of children and young people under eighteen years of age requires the presence and signature of one of the parents.
It is also possible to register by email
The loan of volumes is granted for a maximum period of 30 days and for a maximum of 4 volumes at a time.
The loan of magazines and periodicals is granted for a maximum period of 30 days.
The loan of multimedia material (DVD) is granted for a maximum period of 7 days.
The following are excluded from the loan: encyclopedias, atlases, dictionaries and manuals that can be consulted within the library.
Interlibrary
loanIt is possible to apply for books admitted to loan within the libraries belonging to the SBN Network. The service is free for libraries that ensure reciprocity.
CONSULTATION ROOM AND CHILDREN’S ROOM
Consultation and study
roomAttached to the library premises, there is a consultation and study room with up to 20 seats.
Children’s
roomAttached to the library premises, there is a children’s room equipped with illustrated books, comics and new publications of children’s literature.
INITIATIVES FOR CHILDREN
The study room and the library rooms themselves are used for workshops and animated readings. The initiatives are aimed at children and young people in kindergartens, elementary and middle schools.
INTERNET STATION
The library offers users two computers reserved for consulting the OPAC catalogue, using the most common software (word processing and Office package), consulting multimedia material and internet connection. The use of these stations is free of charge, allowed for a maximum of 30 minutes per person.
It is necessary to be registered in the library and for underage users to be authorized by a parent.
