The festival features a true celebration of wild boar. The menu includes tagliatelle and strozzapreti with wild boar ragout, wild boar in salmi and sausage, dishes prepared by our cooks. Gourmets who love the rustic taste of this game, its derivative sausages and stew, will enjoy the dishes. Wild boar has always been considered a coveted prey for its meat, which is extremely lean, with a fat content of under 4 percent.
