In Sogliano al Rubicone, viticulture also holds a prestigious position among agricultural activities. Below is a list of the v ini products and known for their quality.

SANGIOVESE: a symbol of Romagna conviviality it goes hand in hand with piadina but goes perfectly with any of our other specialties. A good glass of Sangiovese will also enhance the flavor of a first course or grilled meat, allowing the taste buds to enjoy, to the fullest, their combined flavor. ALBANA: It is the white wine par excellence IN Romagna, of exclusive and traditional production. It was the first white wine in Italy to receive DOCG recognition in 1987. Born as a classic sweet wine of the farmer, today Albana is experiencing a second youth, with winemakers just beginning to discover how much satisfaction this ancient grape variety, which grows only in Romagna, can give. CAGNINA di ROMAGNA: a wine normally consumed young, that is, just a week after the end of vinification, in the sweet version by accompanying it with sweets, dry pastries and roasted chestnuts. It is a red-colored wine with a sweetish, fruity and smooth flavor. PAGADEBIT : Pagadebit is a vine that produces white grapes and is so called because of the robustness and endurance of its berries that even in bad years, it always managed to produce a minimum quantity that allowed the winemaker to “pay the debts” of the work that the care of the vineyard had required throughout the year. The taste is decidedly dry, excellent freshness without being aggressive. Emilia Romagna is one of Italy’s best oil producers.
It has an important economic asset. Statistical sources have shown the presence of about 300,000 plants, in five thousand five hundred hectares of land, 20% of which are in the province of Forlì – Cesena alone. Its annual production can be estimated at ten thousand quintals of oil produced by mills.
Sogliano al Rubicone also boasts several producers of “Green Gold.”
