The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner (as well as any subsidiaries or affiliates thereof, its representatives, collaborators, consultants, administrators, agents, licensees, partners and employees), from any obligation or liability, including any legal fees incurred to defend itself in court, that may arise in the face of damage caused to other Users or third parties,  in connection with any Content you upload or your violation of the terms of law or the terms of these Terms.
