The festival, organized by the Montegelli Cultural Association, offers the opportunity to taste and buy various traditional local products such as savor, a jam made from a base of grape must and different varieties of fruit and oil seeds; mastlaz, a new wine rich in sugar; saba, a very sweet and thick boiled must; and elderberry, fig and tomato jams.<br \/>\nDuring the festival, theater, music shows and exhibitions are organized. <\/p>\n<p>PROGRAM<br \/>\nWednesday 24 September 2025 &#8211; 8.30<br \/>\npm Traditional BRISCOLA COMPETITION at the ACLI Club of Montegelli<\/p>\n<p>Thursday 25 September 2025 &#8211; 8.00<br \/>\npm HOLY MASS and procession through the streets of the town<\/p>\n<p>Friday 26 September 2025 &#8211; from 9.00<br \/>\npm HENRY THE CRAZY WITH MUSIC FROM THE 80S \/ 90S<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 27 September 2025 &#8211; from 9.00<br \/>\npm DANCE with the MIRCO GRAMELLINI Orchestra<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 28 September 2025 &#8211; SAGRA DE SAVOR<br \/>\nAt 09.45 a.m.: HOLY MASS of Our Lady of the Rosary<br \/>\nAfternoon and evening with the DAVID PACINI Orchestra<\/p>\n<p>FREE<br \/>\nADMISSION COVERED TRACK to go wild even in case of rain<br \/>\nGASTRONOMIC STAND open on the EVENINGS of Friday 26 SEPTEMBER and Saturday 27 SEPTEMBER<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 28 SEPTEMBER open for both LUNCH and DINNER.<\/p>\n<p>In our GASTRONOMIC STAND you can enjoy first and second courses of our tradition, piadina with cold cuts, pizza, side dishes and ricotta with Savor.<\/p>\n<p>FREE TASTINGS: you can taste all our specialties!<br \/>\nCHARITY MARKET: small objects made by the women and children of the town will be on sale, the proceeds of which will be donated to charity.<br \/>\nPEASANT EXHIBITION &#8220;THE HOUSE OF MEMORIES&#8221; and &#8220;THE SONG OF THE LOOM&#8221; GAMES AND ATTRACTIONS FOR CHILDREN&#8230;<br \/>\n and our PRIZE DRAW!!!
