Malt in Fossa is a beer culture event organized by the Cultural Association “La Fossa del Luppolo” scheduled for 13 and 14 June 2025 in Piazza Garibaldi in Sogliano al Rubicone (Fc) from 6 pm to 2 am, in conjunction with the “Ori Di Sogliano” event.

Quality craft beer enriched by a “Malt in Food” gastronomic journey that will welcome you with many Km0 products and tasty dishes prepared for you by local realities. There will obviously be no shortage of Veg and vegetarian proposals. Finally, musical entertainment… The event will be accompanied by live music and DJ sets that will entertain the public throughout the evening in a square dressed up for the occasion.

You will have the opportunity to taste the more than 50 craft beers for tasting proposed and selected by the independent pubs and breweries in Piazza Garibaldi.

Malt in Food will welcome you with excellent proposals, prepared especially for you by Street Food
professionals There will obviously be Veg and vegetarian proposals.

Finally, musical entertainment… During the two days of celebration, Piazza Garibaldi will be animated by concerts and selected music.
