Recently inaugurated is the “Ciclovia di San Vicinio”-a fully tabbed itinerary of 325 km on over 8000 meters of elevation gain-that enriches the traditional Cammino afoot, allowing lovers of two wheels to discover enchanting and evocative places in total safety.

The 325 km route with over 8000 meters of elevation gain can be traveled by MTB or GRAVEL and is on forest tracks, dirt and asphalt roads with low traffic.

Starting from Sarsina, in the route i reaches Bagno di Romagna, crosses the Casentino Forest Park and, after a trespass in Tuscany between Camaldoli and La Verna, returns to Romagna in the municipality of Verghereto to then reach the plains of Cesena crossing the territory of Sogliano and the rolling hills of the upper Rubicon and return to the Plautina town of Sarsina.

The characteristic villages will lead cyclists to appreciate the culinary excellence and the well-being of immersing themselves in the green silence of unspoiled nature.
