    Purposes of the Processing
    Personal data are processed exclusively for the purposes that fall within the institutional tasks of the Administration or for the fulfilments required by laws or regulations.
    Within these purposes, the processing may involve data necessary for the management of relations with the Municipality of Sogliano al Rubicone, as well as to allow effective institutional communication or to fulfill any legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.

    Place and Method of Data Processing

    The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
    These data, although not collected for the purpose of associating them with identified individuals, by their nature could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties, especially when it is necessary to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site.
    This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
    This type of data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning, they are kept for the time necessary to carry out the activities of analysis and comparative statistical processing and in any case for a period of time not exceeding 12 months.
