Born and raised in New York City, harmonica genius Sugar Blue began his career as a street musician, grew up listening to jazz greats and playing his first notes with Bob Dylan records (with whom he would later record …) and Stevie Wonder songs on the radio.
It was his to lend the Rolling Stones the harmonica for “Miss You,” the world’s most famous rock band’s first platinum record… Sugar Blue is a true innovator of the instrument, considered one of the first harmonica pyrotechnicians for his flair, technique and visionary creativity. A two-time Grammy winner, Sugar Blue has been called the Jimi Hendrix of the harmonica: he has played and recorded with Willie Dixon, Prince, Rolling Stones, Stan Getz, Bob Dylan, to name a few … GRAYSON CAPPS BAND Feat J.SINTONI
GRAYSON CAPPS returns to Italy in full band formation, with his 20-year-old daughter Sadie Morningstar on bass, Angelica Comandini on drums, and inseparable friend and Italian tour partner such as J SINTONI on electric guitar. Grayson is a unique character, an iconic figure and over-the-top storyteller, author of that “A Love Song for Bobby Long” that closed the movie of the same name starring John Travolta and Scarlett Johansson, based on his father Everett’s novel.His latest album “Scarlett Roses” is further confirmation of his excellent writing talent. During the lockdown, Capps released “South Front Street,” a retrospective of edited, unreleased and rarities tracks in new versions, edited and mixed by 3-time Grammy Award-winning producer Trina Shoemaker. Mike Sponza Guitarist, singer, composer, bandleader, Triestine Mike Sponza boasts a decades-long career and international collaborations. At SOGLIANO BLUES in an expanded 8-piece lineup, he presents his latest album of new songs, “MADE IN

On the roads of the blues comes to life ” Blues Extravaganza ” a curious musical project that presents a cross-section of the contemporary Italian blues movement. Three fantastic groups travel different musical paths that have in common the high road of the blues. A journey that starts with the sounds of water and swamps by CEK FRANCESHETTI and continues with the explosive suond of a modern rural blues by SUPERDOWNHOME to
end the journey with blues sounds soaked in funk rock by FRANCESCO PIU TRIO. Experiences and musical styles that blend with class and taste in an intriguing finale that sees them together on stage for the grand finale. SEBASTIANO LILLO TRIO
Guitarist, vocalist and producer, born in Monopoli, class of ’85. He harnessed the guitar at a very young age and began a long musical career, now 20 years old, making blues and roots his workhorses. Sebastiano Lillo’s new EP, due out July 4, loudly affirms a new artistic identity, the child of the transition already begun with the release of the two singles “Faulty Boy” and “Tons of Lies” in spring 2022. The prominence of slide and blues, key elements of Sebastiano Lillo’s music up to this point, merge with fuzz and rock, highlighting an unprecedented style made of dirty, hybrid and, at times, hypnotic sounds.
