(Famous blue raincoat) A Fabrizio De André love letter on the steps of Leonard Cohen literary concert conceived and directed by Liana Mussoni Poetic-musical journey through the female portraits sketched in Faber’s songs on the steps and in Cohen’s eyes. The famous blue fox, keeping the melancholy color and mood, while lightening the shades that go from blue to light blue, but definitely taking an all-female turn. The famous blue fox therefore helps us follow the tracks and color of a great songwriter we find within Faber: Leonard Cohen, a visionary poet capable of investigating and plumbing the depths of the human soul through the evocative power of words embodied in poetry. Faber’s interest focuses especially on the Canadian singer-songwriter’s portraits of women, and so this journey of ours follows the pink thread of the faces, dreams and pain of so many women sketched in the poems sung by De André over Cohen’s footsteps and eyes, with the intention of moving “heart to heart” walking in balance between these two great lonely souls.
