The first is dedicated to the Cinghio Burger and will feature a performance at 9 p.m. by the well-known Rimini group Nashville & Backbones.
The specialties of July 26 are wild boar burgers and piadina from the azdore of Ponte Uso.
The other two evenings are dedicated to tradition. On Saturday, July 27, the orchestra Gli Amici del Sole will play with the special participation of Luana Babini. On Sunday, July 28, the Edmondo Comandini orchestra will play. On both evenings from 6 p.m. the stand with typical wild boar specialties will be open. Sausage and stew, the piadina, noodles pulled with a rolling pin, handmade strozzapreti.
