Antiche Fosse has always enjoyed a great reputation. Their history is directly linked to the Malatesta family and they have been producing Formaggio di Fossa cheese for more than 700 years with experience and devotion. The family that owns Antiche Fosse has handed down and spread the tradition to the present day, collecting over the years renowned awards including “l’Ovillus Aureus Il Pecorino d’oro,” standing out as one of the most prized Italian pecorino cheeses.

– Sogliano PDO Fossa Cheese (pecorino, cow and mixed)
– Non-PDO Fossa Cheese (pecorino, cow, goat and mixed).
– Raw milk pecorino Fossa Cheese, Truffle Fossa Cheese, Rubicondo (red pezzata cow pit cheese). Specialties:

It is possible to package fossa cheese in printed cloth bags, and to set up gift boxes and baskets with typical local products of various types and sizes, directly in the store or by reservation, both for individuals and companies.
