The family-run farm opens in 2015 with the intention of producing and bringing around the markets of Romagna a genuine and natural bread.
We follow our products from the beginning: from the cultivation of ancient wheat (which we produce) to the transformation following traditional recipes with mother yeast, in addition we produce jams with the fruits of the “field” and vegetables with the method of SYNERGIC agriculture.

Our grains are grown with natural methods without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, everything is born and processed a few meters from the premises with a wood-fired oven.

What is produced?
Ancient grain, cereals and flours, breads and processed products, milk and cheese, meats and cold cuts, honey, jams, fruits and vegetables, cherries.

What is being marketed?
Sourdough bread, baked goods and local products.
